- All our apartment homes offer full size washer and dryers, air conditioner, new ceiling fan and an electric fireplace in the living room.
- Each apartment comes with a reserved spot in a lighted covered carport, with extra parking for residents and visitors.
- Pet friendly with additional deposit and pet rent. (see Pet Friendly)
- We have 10" x 20" garages for an additional monthly fee (when available)

Common Areas:
We have a seasonal pool with a grill and fire pit, year round hot tub, playground with large shade trees, a 24 hr fitness center and resident lounge.
Our residents can use our resident lounge open 24 hours a day for studying, small meetings, watching cable television, free wi-fi (inside building only) or just to have some extra space. Nice place for a birthday party too! We also offer to reserve the office lobby. (This is offered by reservation for short term private parties or meetings, hosted by our residents. Available after office hours only) Residents can also reserve the poolside grill hourly for summer parties.
Our fitness center has a great variety of equipment, cable television, free weights, and is air- conditioned in the summer. It is also open 24 hours for those early morning or late night work outs.
